Repair: For repairs outside of the warranty period, we offer flat-rate repairs. Must have spoken with tech support <techsupport@rjcooper.com> and received a Repair Order number, which must be displayed on the outside of your repair. Prepaid only.
Unauthorized returns/exchanges/repairs will be refused.
For your protection, insure your package and ship via trackable carrier, such as UPS.
